10. Withdrawal Right

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication to info@latondadolci.com indicating the intention to withdraw, or complete and submit the withdrawal form available at the following link: Withdrawal Form.

The products must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal, in their original condition and complete with all parts. Return shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise provided by law. Once the products are received, La Tonda di Gastaldi Federico (also referred to as "La Tonda Dolci") will refund the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method used by the customer.

For the protection of our customers and for hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised for products that can be resold without risk to consumer health. Therefore, food products cannot be returned if it cannot be guaranteed that they can be properly preserved, as indicated in the following cases, pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014:
