Products

How long does the product last once opened?

Once opened, the product lasts until the expiration date, if stored in a cool and dry place. We recommend always using a clean spoon to preserve freshness.

How should the product be stored?

Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. Refrigeration is not necessary.

Is it suitable for intolerances and allergies?

Our spreadable creams are naturally dairy-free, gluten-free and soy-free. They are therefore suitable for those who are lactose intolerant, gluten-free, and vegans. They contain nuts (hazelnuts).

What are the ingredients?

Our products contain only essential ingredients: Piedmont IGP Hazelnuts (55%), raw cane sugar, low-fat cocoa and sunflower lecithin.

How are the products shipped?

We ship with express courier throughout Italy, Europe and the rest of the world. The products are carefully packaged to ensure maximum safety during transport.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost has a fixed amount starting from €7.90 for Italy (including islands), starting from €15 for Europe and starting from €35 for the rest of the world.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery takes 48/72 working hours throughout Italy (including islands) and Europe. For shipments to the rest of the world, delivery takes 48/96 hours.

How are the products shipped?

Our commitment to the environment is also reflected in our packaging: we exclusively use 100% recyclable materials. Your orders are packed to ensure maximum protection of the product while respecting the environment.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others. At the time of payment, your card data will be securely processed through our payment provider.

  • ApplePay: You can pay quickly and securely using Apple Pay. This option allows you to make payments via your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac) using the payment information stored in your Wallet. Apple Pay uses tokenization to ensure your payment data is not shared during the transaction, providing an extra layer of security.

  • GooglePay: You can pay quickly and securely using Google Pay. This option allows you to make payments via your Android devices using the payment information stored in your Wallet. Google Pay uses tokenization to ensure your payment data is not shared during the transaction, offering an additional level of security.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Yes, our website uses SSL security protocols to protect your data. All payments are handled by certified and secure platforms.

When is the amount charged?

By accepting payments with card, ApplePay and GooglePay, the charge is immediate.

Returns and Refunds

What is the return policy?

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication to info@latondadolci.com indicating the intention to withdraw, or complete and send the withdrawal form available at the following link: Withdrawal Form.

The products must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal request, intact and complete with all parts. The shipping costs for the return are exclusively at the customer's expense, unless otherwise provided by law. Once the products have been received, La Tonda di Gastaldi Federico (also known as “La Tonda Dolci”) will refund the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method used by the customer.

To protect our customers and for hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised for products that can be put back on the market without endangering consumer health. For this reason, it is not possible to return food products for which adequate storage cannot be guaranteed, as indicated in the following cases, pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014:

  • orders for customized or clearly personalized products;
  • orders for products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • orders for sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons or that have been opened after delivery.

Even for international orders, the return shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer service for specific instructions on the international return procedure.

How does the refund work?

Once the products are received, and provided they meet all the conditions outlined in our Withdrawal Rights Policy, La Tonda di Gastaldi Federico (also known as “La Tonda Dolci”) will refund the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method used by the customer.
