It all started when, at the age of 16, I had to eliminate dairy from my diet. Unsatisfied with the alternatives on the market, I began experimenting in the kitchen, trying to create a spreadable cream that would make me miss nothing.
The search for the perfect ingredients led us to discover the excellence of the Piedmont IGP Hazelnut from Monferrato. An extraordinary ingredient that, combined with a passion for craftsmanship and the pursuit of perfection, gave birth to La Tonda Dolci.
